Throughout its 10 years of existence, we have participated in projects that have been milestones in the history of our country such as:

 

In the subject of International Tax law, the Firm sponsored until its conclusion the second favorable precedent in the topic of low tax territories which contributes to the one already existing in Mexico.  

 

We carried out the first study for the creation of tax donations for natural protected areas.

In the energy subject, we were a pioneering Firm in beginning to implement projects of generation with renewable energies. In particular, the Firm participated in the implementing and start of the first project 100% built from private capital to create electric energy with methane gas extracted from landfill of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

The legal structure of the first cogeneration project for the self consumption of residents and locals in a residential tower and mall in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In addition to being part of the group that worked for the implementation of the laws in the electricity sector.

 

In environmental matters, the Firm obtained the first ever authorization granted from SEMARNAT, for the importation of a genetically modified organism for the production of ethanol. We participated in the legal analysis of the National Inventory of Chemical Substances for a possible Chemical Substances Law for the Cooperation of Environmental Commission; and in the National Study about the Access and Distribution of Benefits from the use and management of the Biodiversity in Mexico considering the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol for the National Commission for Biodiversity.
