In the antitrust area, the Firm has represented the interests of domestic and foreign companies, providing the guidance and advice needed to comply with Federal Competition Law, especially with the procedures established in Articles 16, 17, 20, 30, 33 bis 1, in cases of mergers, antitrust cases when as a condition is requested the intervention of the Federal Competition Commission in a  International Bid procedure.
